Thank you guys so much for coming out as fast as your did.  I inquired on Thursday night we communicated on Friday and you guys were out on Saturday.  So again thank you.  The carpet looks amazing and I'm regretting not having my other 3 bedrooms cleaned.  Stains were removed and the drying process was complete in no time.  There was some great advice shared with me about the carpets that I never knew and the carpet care package is an added bonus!  Thanks :-) Another great factor is seeing a husband and wife team work together thus showing many the importance and unity of a marriage and the oneness a married couple possess.  Personally, it made me feel very comfortable when my husband had to leave the house during the servicing of the carpet. I just can't say enough about how you breathe new life into a carpet. Everytime you come and do your magic, I keep thinking that I don't need to put in hardwood floors. This was the builders carpet that I had installed with the plan of replacing it with nicer carpet or hardwood floors once my two boys were older. And out of the "oops I spilled it" stage. But you come in and make it look brand new. Whether that's spot treating or doing a whole room. I constantly have people ask if I got new carpet laid. Thanks again for a great job. Here's what I wrote on Triangle City Search: Thom and Joni did a great job stretching some nasty wrinkles out of my carpet. They scheduled an appointment for the day after I called. Great service! They showed up at the scheduled time, and were very friendly, professional, and courteous. I had no qualms at all letting them into my home. They took a quick survey of the problem areas, deciding from which wall to start etc. It’s obvious Thom and Joni know what they are doing.
Their work is excellent and they cleaned up the areas very well once they finished stretching and cutting. I found the price to be fair, especially considering the quality of the job they did. I absolutely recommend ACS. My carpet looks so much better! I hope that helps you guys out some. Merry Christmas- Brian 12/13/07

I am very pleased with the work Thom and Joni did at my home. My carpet had some pretty bad waves in it that needed re-stretching and they knocked it out in just a couple of hours. I found working with ASC a very pleasurable experience. They not only did a fantastic job, but were also very professional. Unlike many contractors that give you an appointment time of "sometime in the morning or afternoon", they made a specific appointment time and when they realized traffic might make them late they called to inform me of this. You will not get that treatment from most contractors and they were only a couple minutes past the scheduled appointment time when they arrived. Having two puppies you can just imagine what kind of toll that can take on your carpets. The two of them decided to have the battle of the potties on my new carpets and the whole house started smelling like a urinal, I was devastated. I called ASC made an appointment. They showed up got started right away, what an amazing deference, the first thing I noticed was that the urinal smell disappeared, and all of the spots I had were gone. I also was amazed just how friendly and professional Thom and his wife were, they answered all of my questions and gave me good advise about my furniture.
