How dry cleaning works
At the moment we enter your home, we introduce our selves and kindly ask you for a brief tour of the areas and/or items you would like cleaned. After we have assessed the situation and addressed your specific concerns we will measure the areas, and at your request can provide a free demonstration, then give you your cost up front. Then, we will pre-vacuum and pre-condition your heavily trafficked/stained areas. After the pre-conditioning is complete, we proceed with cleaning the carpet using a dedicated carpet grooming brush.
For your natural fibers, we will evenly spread a dry compound cleaner over the carpeting or whatever is to be cleaned; it's a white powder comprised of millions of tiny plant grown sponges that are saturated with citrus extracts. Once the product is applied, we then will brush the product into the fibers with a dedicated machine or by hand. During this phase, the extracts are squeezed from the sponges and proceed to break down the soils and stains and absorbing most microscopic organisms. The citrus extracts rapidly evaporate, leaving the sponges to absorb the contaminates. With a powerful upright vacuum, we then extract the soiled sponges and we will leave your textiles deodorized, sanitized, protected, DRY, and ready for use!
For synthetic fibers, we use a product that has earned the Carpet & Rug Institute's Seal of Approval: LOMAC. Synthetic fibers need more moisture that natural fibers in cleaning to accomplish the desired visual results. The LOMAC system has proven it's effectiveness for the past 16 years in commercial environments and is finally being used in residential homes. We add in what we need to accomplish Deodorizing, Disinfecting (the extermination of microscopic organisms), and it already comes equipped with an anti-resoiling agent!
